Pricing basics

All prices on zuahealth.com.au are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Any freight for your order is calculated from your delivery address and shown in your order total at checkout, so you can see the full cost before you pay.

• Prices can change: we review our pricing regularly and may change it at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it, except in the case of an obvious pricing error (see below).
• Showroom and online pricing may vary: prices and promotions in our Underwood showroom can occasionally differ from those on this website.

Crossed-out prices

Where a product shows a crossed-out price next to our selling price, the crossed-out price is the industry RRP (recommended retail price), not necessarily our previous selling price. It is there as a guide to what the product typically retails for in the Australian market.

Found it cheaper? Price match requests

At ZUA Health we are committed to offering you the best value. If you find the same product advertised for a lower price by another authorised Australian retailer, you can ask us to match that price, subject to the conditions below. To request a price match, use the "Found it cheaper?" option on the product page, or contact us with a link to, or a copy of, the advertised offer and we will review it for you.

Price match conditions

• Identical product: the item must be the same in terms of quality and specifications.
• Authorised Australian retailers only: we only match prices from Australian retailers with physical showrooms or retail outlets where you can actually view the products before purchasing. We do not price match online-only platforms such as eBay, drop shippers or marketplaces without a physical store.
• In stock and new: the item must be in stock, boxed and in brand-new condition, not a demo model, refurbished or second-hand.
• Publicly advertised: the competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable, and you must provide valid proof of the offer.
• No pricing errors: we do not match pricing errors or misprints.
• Freight considered: when comparing interstate prices, freight must be factored in. We do not match freight charges separately.
• Time of sale: price matching is only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Every request is reviewed by our team, and approval is at ZUA Health's discretion once we have verified the offer against these conditions.

Freight charges

Freight on most items is calculated from your delivery postcode and the product's freight class. You can estimate it on the product page and in the cart by entering your postcode, and the final amount is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and included in your order total. Freight on some oversized items is quoted separately, and if we do not have a set freight rate for your postcode we will confirm it with you. Full delivery details are in our shipping policy.

If freight is under- or over-charged

Occasionally the freight collected on an order is not quite right, historically most often on deliveries to Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania. Where freight has been under- or over-charged, we will contact you with the correct pricing and sort out the difference with you.

Pricing errors

We take care to keep our pricing accurate, but with a range that runs from small accessories to equipment priced up to $39,999, the occasional error can slip through. Where an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, for example where a digit is missing from the price of a therapy bed, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid before the order is dispatched. We will contact you if this happens, and you are welcome to reorder at the correct price.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. This page describes our commercial pricing practices only, and it sits alongside your statutory rights rather than replacing them.
