Warranties & Returns

Zua Health does not under normal circumstances, repair or fix any equipment unless otherwise stated or pre-arranged. Any faults or defects with equipment will be covered under the distributor’s warranty and not by Zua Health. Goods will not be returned or refunded due to an incorrect purchase or change of mind. In extreme circumstances, products may be returned at the discretion of Zua Health providing the item is returned to the store of purchase at the buyer’s expense and accompanied by proof of purchase. The item must be in new condition and in original packaging. Prior approval must be made before the return any goods to our stores so we can identify them appropriately when they arrive. A 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
